SHOULD I CHOOSE THESE NEW TENANTS?
Good morning BP community. I’m having trouble choosing my new tenants. They meet all my lease agreement criteria’s, but they only make three times the rent combined.(I’m basically depending on their relationship to work to make rent.) SO SHOULD I CHOOSE THESE NEW TENANTS?
