Kitchen appliances in rental property

I’m getting ready to start my first rental property rehab and would like others thoughts on kitchen appliances.

The previous owner is leaving a white refrigerator that is in decent shape.

Should I buy a white stove/oven to match or go with the stainless steel and replace the white refrigerator with stainless steel?

I’m wondering if it would make much of a difference in attracting tenants or rental income?
