Biggerpocket tools-rental calc for VA

Hello all,

I'm new to biggerpockets and I dove in. Im active military, which allows me to use the VA loan. I'm trying to see the awesome tools and calculators provided by bigger pockets but they don't have the ability to factor in VA loans. Is there a way around this or should I just work the tools as if I was doing a standard loan. I'm just trying to get a clearer picture on a property before I make a move.
