hello all!

I'm new to biggerpockets, and I just moved to Tacoma Washington. I am active military, which makes it difficult to pursue BRRRR as a means to financial independence. But, I'm an aggressive learner and I am willing to put in the work. I'd love to meet other investors in the area to learn more about the market. On the flip side, I understand the military renter/home buyer market and I can help other investors who might want to look for stable income renters. I look forward to hearing from you all!

Hello all,

I'm new to biggerpockets and I dove in. Im active military, which allows me to use the VA loan. I'm trying to see the awesome tools and calculators provided by bigger pockets but they don't have the ability to factor in VA loans. Is there a way around this or should I just work the tools as if I was doing a standard loan. I'm just trying to get a clearer picture on a property before I make a move.
