Is it illegal to advertise different rental prices for SEC 8...

Listing my home for rent

SEC 8 voucher for a 4 bedroom is 1000

People who do not accept the voucher, usually have lower rents..

So with a sec 8 tenant, i can get 1k per month and with a normal tenant the market allows me to get 850.00

Is it illegal to change rental prices and agreements?

" SEC 8 WELCOME "

In the title?

"House for Lease. $1000 a month. Section 8 welcome."  I can't see a problem with that. Of course, I'm not a lawyer.  As to the second part of your post: Why would you rent to anyone for less than the person who will pay you the most. Sounds like going rent is $1000.

I'm not sure how giving someone a better price would be discrimination.  but hey, whatever.    Pay full price if you like.  I don't know about you, but you don't always get your asking rental price, and if you like an applicant, and the numbers make sense, I guess to not offend you should leave it empty?

Just because you want to see it, doesn't mean it's there.

@John Teachout Someone may prefer the fact that Section 8 is guaranteed to be paid the 1st of every month.

Yes.  It's a violation to ask higher rent from a Sec 8 tenant than you do for a self-paying tenant.  Totally understandable that you would want to, because Sec 8 tenants are usually much harder on the property (and that's putting it nicely), and you have to hold the unit open for at least two weeks, and often more, while waiting for inspection and approval.  There are ways around this.  I'll leave it to you to figure out how.
