Listing my home for rent

SEC 8 voucher for a 4 bedroom is 1000

People who do not accept the voucher, usually have lower rents..

So with a sec 8 tenant, i can get 1k per month and with a normal tenant the market allows me to get 850.00

Is it illegal to change rental prices and agreements?
