Looking for a Rental Property Manger in Schuylkill County PA

I am working on trying to get 3 homes ready for rent. Probably have them ready to go by spring. One is in Northumberland County borough of Mount Carmel. Next 2 are in Schuykill county.  1 in Pottsville- maybe doing a rent to own with this one in as-is condition and the other is in Gilberton which I am using currently for storage and a place to stay when in the area. Possible I might have a home in Shamokin I will be renting. Looking for a manager that is experienced and understands rental laws in my area. If anybody has recomandations let me know.  Very difficult area to work in and have issues finding reliable managers and contractors.
