Collecting Rent from MHP Tenants
Looking at a park 3 hours away but most tenants pay cash. Looking for ways around this as current manager (lives on-site and collects rents) doesn't want to stay with the park. I found Paylease which could be an option but wondered if y'all had other thoughts. Thanks!

John - this is so helpful! Thanks. Former NY'ers here are getting used to everything NOT being within walking distance. We specialize in these smaller parks and this would be our first longer distance deal. Thanks so much for the input!!
