You can only see the property during due diligence!

You have one picture showing on the mls and expect a buyer to make an offer without seeing the inside. How can a buyer possibly know what to offer w/o seeing the inside? Whats the catch?

You would want to put contingencies in with your offer.  IE contingent upon acceptable home inspection.
