Nuisance neighbor - advice?

We have a rental property we’re almost done renovating in a C/D neighborhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is not our first one, but the first one where we have ran into the following issue:

However, during the renovation we have come to understand that the neighbor on one of the sides he’s extremely loud. He constantly plays very loud music, and otherwise is a nuisance. Other neighbors have told us that they’ve called the police multiple times reporting this behavior. But it hasn’t stopped.

We are at the point where we are about to post this rental and start looking for tenants, but we feel that this neighbor will reduce our chances of finding good tenants, or any tenants at all.

Does anybody have advice on dealing with a nuisance neighbor, and what remedies are there within the law?

Thank you in advance!
