Remotely managing rental property
Hi, I'd like to remotely manage my rental property in South Bend,IN. However, how do I handle things such as showing the place to potential tenants and city inspections where owner representation is required?

@Account Closed What is your motivation for wanting to self manage from afar? Is it purely financial savings? I see that be the reason often and more times then not the investor ends up having larger issues in cost then if they just paid the manager a monthly fee and things run smoothly.
