I am an investor that looks for problems in different markets. I have noticed that Saint Louis in certain areas has a reputation for being rough. And I get it they did have the title of murder capital in the US. My question to all of the investors, brokers, managers, flippers and real estate professionals in Saint Louis. Is there a need for more property managers that manages the lower end properties. Explain why it does or does not need more Property Managers
