In need of a house lease in Maryland
Good morning all. I have been renting my house in Maryland for a year now. It’s time to renew the lease, and I need a comprehensive lease that covers me and the property. What’re your recommendations?

Hi Taghlub,
Not sure where your rental is located or what year it was built. In Maryland each county can have different requirements. I would check with your county first to see what they require.
I would use Legal Zoom, they also provide the lead documents need in Maryland if your property was built before 1978. Good luck
