Landlord stages home invasion to scare tenants and avoid eviction

Well here’s a new one...a landlord apparently staged a home invasion to scare her tenants away and hopefully avoid an eviction. Instead, the landlord ended up getting arrested and a new home (behind bars) that she probably hadn’t planned for.

What a fool ! Doesn’t this landlord understand creative self evictions geez! Everyone knows if you need to get a loser out you call the utility companies up explain your the owner and need to do temporary construction project requiring all the utilities and water to be shut off . Then when the sluggard leaves to get his daily pack of Newport’s you grab your cordless drill head over and remove the front windows and entry door due to safety reasons of coarse
