Tenant stealing and vandalizing after eviction court but no proof

We have a triplex in San Antonio, TX with one problem tenant. She was always late with rent and at some point did not keep up with her payments at all anymore. We offered her $500 cash for keys (that is the amount my PM takes for the eviction). This was not enough for her so we went ahead with the eviction. We won the eviction, she fought it, we went to court and won there as well.

Now we are being notified by the PM that she still has not left the unit. We'll get the sheriff involved to kick her out. But more concerning, the other two units have reported broken windows and stolen window AC units. They believe it was the tenant from the third unit, but we have no proof.

So here's my question: is there anything we can do except to remove her from the unit asap? I believe not. And also, if she keeps a grudge against us, how can we prevent her from coming back and keep on breaking/stealing things? Installing iron bars etc is probably more expensive than just to replace/fix. Any suggestions?
