Collection agency/atty rec. for a evicted tenant

Can anyone recommend a collection agency or atty who could assist on collecting past due rent and repairs on the damage done from a former tenant. She was originally in Connecticut, but has moved to New Jersey. She works as a gov't employee. She owes us over 5k. Open to ideas.
