Hey all! I've been working on this tiny house community thing for some time now. Nailed down the first investor, working with a couple folk launching a real estate investment trust. I've also identified the PERFECT piece of land, but have been very unsuccessful at contacting the current owner. 

I'm wondering if any of you BP folk have 15-18 acres of land in unincorporated JeffCo and could be interested in tiny houses as well?
