Markerting rooms for rent

Hi, my mother in law rents out one of my homes. She has had a hard time financially and we have decided to rent a room out. So far we have it in Craigslist and Facebook marketplace. It’s been slow going and I need to increase exposure. Suggestions on where to list for room rental? It’s available either furnished or unfurnished. Thanks.
