Hey, I'm getting a lot of leads of properties that aren't really in prominent locations for a fix and flip investor but may be a good deal as a rental property. What are all the factors that I would take into consideration when trying to wholesale a rental property? And, how much ROI is an investor typically looking to get, that would make it a good deal for them?
