Potential Tenant is a Dog Breeder

I just showed a property to a couple that breeds French Bulldogs.  They said they do not keep the puppies any longer than they have to.  The get the dogs weened and sold ASAP, but that is still several weeks where there could be 7-10 puppies on the property.  They, of course, assured me that they keep everything clean and neat, and the puppies will stay in a 10x4 foot kennel in the bonus room of the house.  My normal pet policy says we only allow up to two dogs (which would still be the majority of the time, from what they told me).

Has anyone else dealt with tenants that breed dogs?  Any advice on this?

@Joe Alford I'd pass on these tenants and not think twice about it lol.
