How are you collecting rent right now?

Hi all. I’m a new member to Bigger Pockets and just purchased my first multi family. I’m searching the internet to find the best rent collecting program that also allows for basic property management input (maintenance, applications, screening) for the lowest price and would like to know, how are you collecting rent right now?

@Frank DeMuro I use Tellus and it's an all-in-one app that helps you manage all the things you mentioned. I use their screening service to screen potential tenants and their reports are thorough including credit, income identification, criminal record and rental history. Now my tenants pay me rent every month through the app, everything goes well and when they have maintenance request, they can set up a ticket in the app and I'll get notification. All their services are totally free! I've spend a lot of time and money after I started using them.
