Finding Good Help - Handyman/Maintenance

I currently have approx 45 doors, half duplexes and the other half single family homes and I'm about to add 15 more doors to my portfolio (all single family homes) from my folks. Up till now, my bro-in-law, nephew and I did maintenance for all our properties and my folks managed theirs. But I'm at the point where I'm swamped all the time. Any suggestions for how to better manage a 60 door portfolio without spending every second at the tenants beck and call but also not dropping level of customer service?

If most of your tenants are somewhat computer literate, Cozy, Tenant Cloud, and I’m sure other tools have maintenance request trackers built in. Unless it’s an emergency, have your tenants submit all requests through that system. It lets you track and monitor, and if you have a trusted handyman, dole out tasks to him.

You’d still be in the loop managing it, but at least you wouldn’t be answering texts and voicemails all the time.
