Opinions on renter's warehouse (DENVER)

I have a full time job and 1 property (condo 2br 2ba) that I am renting out anybody have experience with renters warehouse and if they thought it was worth it?

Hi @Adam Ferro,

Renters Warehouse is a large national firm but each market is ran more like a franchise.  There are certain terms they cannot adjust.

As with any property manager, make sure you review their Management Agreement and confirm every way they will earn income, whether from tenant or landlord. Also, some of their firms offer an eviction insurance policy but you will want to confirm that is included/excluded.
