PM Which is also Active agent

HI all :) 

I have SFH, managed by a big PM company. I found that my directed PM agent is also an active listing and buyer agent.

The first thing that jumped to my mind when I realize that is: "When He/She has time to manage by sweet property"? 

What do you think about it? is it a kind of conflict?
