Section 8 housing - What does a Newbie need to know

I just am getting ready to purchase my first BRRRR. I am thinking about opening up my potential tenant base to section 8 housing. What do I need to know? Is it a bad idea? Are there headaches that make it not worth it? Pros' and con's must abound, but I am a total newbie, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
