Looking for Property Management Agreement

I recently purchased my first duplex. I've decided to work with the existing property manager at least until I get a feel for things. So far the exchange of payments have just been handshake agreements. 

Does anyone have a property management contract they could forward me? I'd love to take a look and adapt for my own use.
