Time to scale back my rental portfolio
When is it time to clean up a rental portfolio? I guess it is time for me. We have been buying cheap rentals since
2002. After self managing all these years, it is time to get rid of all properties that have been determined to be undesirable. Bad locations, mainly. Because bad locations, mean bad tenants, problems, calls.
Also, after self managing, I am done. Had enough of problem properties.
Self managing problem properties will wear you out.

The market is hot...this is a great time to cull the herd.
