Tenant damaged paint job

In Maryland - Our tenant decided to touch up several walls with the wrong color paint. The paint job was a year old. It looks like she pulled the bathroom paint which was slightly a different color and touched up the hallway, stairwell and dining room. It has big streaks on several walls. I have to repaint. I believe I can charge her as she was only there a year and I don’t see it as normal wear and tear. She was also a pain on her move out and stayed 10 days past her move out date, because her loan fell through on her other house putting me in an awkward place with the next tenants. Any feedback would be appreciated, especially if you agree with me!

Provide your painter a small container to leave you some paint to touch up and color-match for next time.

Even if this job is too big for you to DIY, you don't want to be stuck having to schedule and pay for a painter for every nail hole at every turnover the rest of your life.

I haven't had anyone try to touch up on their way out before. Horrible spackle jobs?  Definitely.  It's cute they tried, but I hear ya on the result.  Adapt and overcome.
