Hey all. We have 3 rentals and close on a 4th in a couple weeks. They're all under one LLC at this point but wondering if we should be creating separate ones and also how others are managing all the paperwork so tax time isn't a disaster. We both have full time jobs too so dreaming of the day where I can manage this all myself w.out my corp job sucking all my time!

20 SFHs, 1 umbrella policy, 1 LLC, 1 spreadsheet, 1 bank account, pick up truck, cell phone, Dropbox, Cozy. Clocks and calendars are for kids. Life is wonderful after 34 years of a corporate job sucking my soul out of me.

Best, Terrell
