Buying a home in-front of a business

Hi everyone, I'm looking at a home I can house hack and lurking around on google maps I noticed the home has an auto parts business on the street in front of it (I haven't seen the house yet in person) so I wanted to see if any of you has had any experience buying a home in front of a business or anything similar to that.
