Property Management left Utility Bill unchanged
Hi everyone,
New to this forum! I recently had tenants move out a home we had under property management. I checked the mail yesterday and there was a utility bill under my name for $520. As for as I know, it was up to the property management to make sure the names on the utilities were changed to the tenants name since they changed them on one of my other properties.
I contacted the property management about the bill and they told me to contact our utility provider. Does anyone have any sort of advice?
