Apartment complex leasing ratios

Hello everyone!

I'm a young property manager managing 69 units between two complexes in Grand Forks, ND. 

My questions is: What are target percentages of...

- Showings / Leads (% of showings from leads)

- Applications / Showings (% of applications from showings)

- Leases / Applications (% of leases from applications)

Right now my stats for the month of June are:

- Showings / Leads = 26%

- Applications / Showings = 63%

- Leases / Applications = 100%
