Hey BP so I just got my RE license in gainesville, fl and I have someone who wants me to manage her property. I've managed my own for 3 years now with no major mishaps or anything but someone else's property will be a test. I'm wondering if I can/ should get a PM contract written by an attorney or can I get one online that is pretty comprehensive.
