When renting a house, who pays for property taxes?

I’m trying to rent a house which I recently bought,

If I rent it. Am I suppose to charge property taxes separately? Or should that be included in rent?

Should I charge basic rent plus

-property taxes

-hoa?

-maintenance?

-anything else I’m missing?

I thought some of the pros would be able to guide me in the right direction as this will be my first rental...
