Tenant Storage Value Add

This is probably an unusual question, but have any landlords added rentable tenant storage space to their existing apartments? If so, what are the sizes of your "storage units" and the associated monthly rent charged? I have a room that is about 25 ft. x 50 ft. and I will either convert it to a 1 bedroom unit or add storage units/lockers.
