Paying rent in my home that wasnt suppose to be rented

Greetings,

My name is Victoria Dorsey and I am writing you today requesting for your assistance. I have been trying to close on my home with Habitat for Humanity. I have been with Habitat for a couple of years. I am not blaming them or myself, but I am so lost and confused and I’ve done all I can do. I’ve had so many ups and downs through the process and have met every requirement that was asked of me to do during the process of closing. I am also currently staying in the home but was told that I am needing to get my Fiancé’ current vehicle out my name as a cosigner to qualify for the mortgage loan. I have tried to refinance it and put the vehicle in someone else name but had no luck with that. It hurts so much when you are so young and worked so hard and sacrificed everything to accomplish your goal and must start over. I just don’t understand why we are looked at as a number and not humans who are just trying to make it. They are saying my income is to low according to the debt I have, but the car is in my Fiancé ‘name and he pays it every month. We were trying to see if we could add him to the mortgage loan but then we will over qualify. The thought of losing my home and having nowhere to go with my daughter who is currently 12 years old hurts me to the core. I was able to live right across the street from where my house was being built and no one has ever experience that and to be living in my home now it’s a feeling I can’t explain. I can’t imagine someone else moving into home that God help me create for me and my family. No one see the sacrifices you make to get to where you need to be. I really have been through so much through this process and this only half of it. I would love to sit down with you and talk about everything .ONE THING I TRULY BELIEVE IS IF SOMETHING IS DEDICATED TO ME UNDER THE WINGS OF GOD LET NOTHING TAKE THAT AWAY.
