@Taylor L.

Thank you for your input! I’ll have to look him up.

I’m basically wanting to do the same thing @Brandon Turner did with open door capital. Except invest in commercial properties instead of trailer parks. Triple net leases have just interested me from the first time I heard about them.

Looking at starting a triple net syndication business with me being the sponsor and partnering up with like minded investors looking for a passive investment. Any advice on how to start? And examples of deals from a syndicator/sponsor? Just wanting to get advice. I’m 24. In young but driven, and I’m willing to learn anything. Reach out to me please! Thank you all!

How do I go about using private money to fund a down payment? Will I basically be paying two loans? One for the private lender funding the down payment and one for the actual mortgage?

I have 6 residential units and would Like to transition into the commercial real estate world. Preferably triple net properties. I've read that you have to have 30-40% down for a NNN property. Is there anyways around this if you lack capital? Can somebody help me transition in to the commercial side of real estate? And advice would be great!

What up investors!? I’m from Kentucky and just got started investing in real estate. So far I have 6 units. I’m really wanting to grow so I can quit my job and focus just in real estate investing and my other business. I’m 24, so so I’m pretty ignorant about how to invest. Is there anybody in the Kentucky area that would like to mentor me? I’d love to start buying huge deals but I just down have the money for the down payment after purchasing my first 6 doors. How do investors start out? Or how do they invest with little to no money down? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m willing to be coached.

@Joe Marquardt I’m investing in Kentucky. I still have about 50k saved up after buying my first property. I’m already looking to buy something else once I save a little more from the cash flow I get from my new 4 plex. And how do you go about finding someone to partner up with? I don’t really want to invest with friends.

@Antonio Cucciniello I’ve thought about joining with partners. I just see that as I’m only getting 50% profit if I’m investing with one partner. Thanks for your input! Maybe in the future I can pair up with someone that has the same goals as me.
