New tenant says Zelle won't allow sending full payment

New tenant says Zelle won't allow sending full payment so he has to break them up. My last tenant (same rent) sent the full payment using Zelle Quick Pay every month without issues. Has anyone seen this happen with Zelle? Thanks!
