Property Management software/ Repair request online tracking

I want to be able to have the ability for a tenant to put in a repair request online.  I don’t want to spend much money per month and they don’t seem to want to pay their rent online or anything like that.  Just that one basic feature is all I need. I have had issues of a tenant saying they requested work to be done that was never done and there is know record of it.  It would be nice to have a place for everyone to see when the request was made.  And if we did drop the ball this feature would prevent us from making the same mistake in the future.

There are a lot of Landlord software systems that provide this. TenantCloud and Cozy.co are two that are commonly recommended and very inexpensive.
