Good Karma strikes again! Here's what happened

So 2 years ago, I find a wallet in the street with some cash and a military ID.  The address on the ID wasn't local, so I really had to do some digging to fond where this person belonged. The internet gave me nothing, but there was a receipt of something with a local address on it.  We brought back the wallet and left our business card (real estate agents)  well.... 2-3 years later, guess who calls me up to help them with their house?  Yup!  I'm having a great day!
