Good program for keeping track of rentals?

Portfolio is starting to take a little shape. I've got 5 properties and closing on number 6 in a couple weeks.

So my question what is a good computer software program that will keep track of information related to rental expenses.

Exp. Income, expenses, when major repairs completed (new roof, a/c, etc.)

I've been keeping all this in my head but starting to be a little bit harder.

I'm not real computer savvy so want as simple as possible a program to use.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions
