Is Fox, OK a good place to own a rental?

I'm researching a property for sale in Fox, OK, and was wondering if anyone knew anything about that area. I'm in the very beginning stages of research, and would (obviously) visit the house before purchasing it. But if the area was a big red flag, I'd just as soon skip the hassle and move on. Any thoughts?
