Evicting tenant (and his guest)

Brianne Rothbart
Posted

I am evicting a tenant in Florida and am the end of his 5-day reply period after having him served with an eviction summons. Tenant has a person (people?) staying with him. I see multiple cars parked at the residence overnight. Does anyone have an insight regarding this? Will the Sheriff remove everyone from the residence when delivering the Writ of Possession? I don't have a name to begin the eviction process on this person and I am eager to get a new tenant in place. Thank you for your time!

Up here we get away with John/Jane Doe & all occupants for the court ordered removal.

Sheriff was awesome called for backup & actually had one in handcuffs. In a rush to leave a John Doe collided with one of his buddies trucks & then the girl scrapped the entire length of her fairly new vehicle down the side of the cement basement wall. Then she hit the electric pole on the sidewalk so the sheriff issued her an accident report as he had to notify the utility company for damages.

It was a VERY interesting morning!!!
