Renting for the 1st timer
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to get a better understanding of how the process of renting goes. Once I have a property to rent, what are some ways to find a tenant? I would post on social media, reach out to real estate agents, and post on craigslist, facebook, and other free online sites.
What forms do I need for a tenant? Does Bigger Pockets have forms for Pro members?
What fees/charges should I typically charge upfront to move a tenant in?
Can someone explain and give me a example of how you do your process of getting a tenant in a property and what you charge to do what you do?
