Please Help . Expenses in the Lehigh Valley

Hello fellow members.

I am looking into small multi family in the Lehigh Valley area in Pa and I was wondering if anyone can help me with estimating some monthly expenses such as electric and sewer/water? Obviously  its hard to get it exact but if you can help with some ballpark numbers just so I know how to run my preliminary numbers that would be great.
