Anybody rented to CHG Healthcare/Corporate Housing Placement

Has anyone rented to corporate housing placement before? I have a company CHG Healthcare (national company) wanting to place a doctor for short term (3-6 months) in one of my houses around Grays Harbor. Everything seems to be checking out so far, I was just wondering if anyone had experience in the area (good vs bad experience, advice, etc.) Thanks!
