Do you usually include appliances when renting properties to tenants, or is it an expectation that they buy their own?

100% include appliances! You will get it rented faster and you can charge more in rent. Often times, outdated properties or maybe individual landlords are the only properties without appliances.

We normally install new stainless-steel appliances and tenants just fall in love with the property.

Washers and dryers are not normally needed. Maybe people can rent them or may already have them.
