ACV vs Replacement cost insurance?

I am reviewing my policies and most likely changing companies. Currently all of my policies are replacement cost. I am considering switiching to ACV. I am buy and hold and have no intention of getting rid of any of my assets. All properties have new roofs within the last 10 years. Thoughts? Pros and cons?
