Airbnb Rental and Airbnb Host

I've herd of a lot of people renting apartments and then staging them for airbnb. I know its not suppose to be done that way but from what it seems a lot of people are doing it. Id like to do some airbnb to eventually buy a property of my 2 or 3 unit building.
