Electronic Rent Collection

Is there a particular electronic rent collection software or site that anybody can recommend.  I am a relatively small investor with 6 doors so I have just been collecting rent checks.  I'm hoping this software would also accept auto-pay from the tenants as well as an option.  Thank you very much in advance.

Warmest Regards,

@Kat Rathell I know Cozy charges a credit card fee. I loved using Cozy and I think they are a company looking to grow and offer ever new services.

With that being said 2 things happened last year that caused me to change to Zelle.

    1. I grew tired of the delay and getting my rents spread out through the first week or so of the month.

    2. Erentpayments shet the bid on a lot of people’s rent payments in 2017.

Cozy explained how they are different and I trust them- but I would be a fool not to take advantage of Zelle. Rent hits my account instantaneously so everything is in on the 1st.

Now- I pride myself on strict screening and I am priced out of a lot of the headaches (partial payment, etc.). Not saying it could not happen, but it is not a great concern if someone meets my criteria.

Wells Fargo is a bit difficult at the start with Zelle. They have limits until there are multiple transactions. They seem to be the “low rent” of banks. Chase is the smoothest.
